Localicious: A Celebration of Local and Sustainable Food

Family Farmed presents Localicious on March 12, an event that unites local farms with chef-driven restaurants to celebrate the fresh flavors of the season. Several Chicago restaurants are lining up to participate in the proceedings. The event takes place at the UIC Forum at 725 W. Roosevelt Rd. from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Participating restaurants and farms include City Provisions, Heritage Prairie Farm, Lula Cafe, MANA food bar, Province and Uncommon Grounds. Refreshments will be provided by Goose Island Beer Company, Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea, Death's Door Spirits, Nacional 27 and more. Tickets cost $75 per person.
