The Chicago Flower & Garden Show Presents Garden Gourmet

The Chicago Flower & Garden show is getting some culinary support this year from some of the city’s top toques for its Garden Gourmet. Held three to four times a day from March 6 through March 14, the event features culinary demonstrations from 36 area chefs using all-natural ingredients. The daily demos begin at 11:30 a.m. and run until the last demo at 6:30 p.m.

Participating chefs include Chris Curren (Blue 13) and Jill Barron (MANA food bar)  on March 10; Brian Huston (The Publican) on March 11; Tony Priolo (Piccolo Sogno) and Randy Zweiban (Province) on March 13; and Dan Smith and Steve McDonagh (Hearty) on March 14.
