The new "Kitchen" category on The Publican's beer list gives guests the opportunity to says "thanks" to the staff. For $10, diners can treat the kitchen to a six-pack of beer.

The Publican got the idea from a long-standing industry tradition, one in which diners would bring a case of beer to dinner as a token of gratitute to the kitchen. Cutting out the hassle of extra baggage and cost, the restaurant makes it easy for guests to show their appreciation. The type of beer will change regularly, based on cost, seasonality and availability.
